Paul Jones is the Owner and CEO of the Care Concierge Senior Living Advisors. Paul has dedicated his life to helping others, and has years of experience working with seniors and their families. Paul started in the senior living industry as an Activities Assistant and worked his way up through the ranks – as a Memory Care Director, Community Relations Director, and eventually Executive Director. 

The Care Concierge started as a small, local service and has grown under Paul’s leadership to an advocacy-focused partner and guide for families across the region. Paul has made it his mission to help seniors and their families find the best possible care and services throughout New England, and soon the rest of the country. 

Alicia Wagner is a trusted advisor with over 15 years of experience guiding families through important life transitions with care, discretion, and clarity. Her background spans luxury senior living, private elder care management, and high-end hospitality, allowing her to deliver a truly concierge-level experience for clients who expect both excellence and empathy.

At the heart of Alicia’s work is a genuine commitment to helping others. She approaches each relationship with intention, listening deeply and advocating thoughtfully, ensuring every family feels supported, informed, and confident in their decisions. Known for her calm presence and refined approach, Alicia creates personalized solutions that feel seamless, dignified, and effortless.

Clients value her not only for her expertise, but for the trust she builds — a steady, boutique-style guide who brings both heart and precision to every experience.

Michelle Kissinger, RN, BSN, is a talented nurse with years of experience supporting seniors and their families. A knowledgable advocate with experience working in both Skilled Nursing and primary care, Michelle brings an enormous amount of valuable support to the people she serves.

As a Nursing Home Navigator with the Care Concierge, Michelle uses her deep experience and compassionate nature to help families find the best Nursing Home option. She is also the owner of Charlestown, RI based Personalized Care Coordination, and offers additional service through that organization.

Violane’s journey began in home care, working as a Certified Nursing Assistant where she developed a profound sense of empathy and an understanding of what families need most: trust, compassion, and reassurance when navigating the care of their loved ones.

From there, she developed a career in Senior Living, focusing on admissions and outreach. Her deep experience and wisdom allows her to guide families through one of life’s most meaningful decisions with grace, honesty, and compassion. 

Violane is a devoted wife and proud mother of two daughters who inspire her daily to lead with kindness, grace, and strength. Her family is her foundation and the reason she strives to be a positive example both at home and in the workplace.

With 18 years of experience in senior living, Erin Campbell is dedicated to helping families navigate the often emotional transition to the next level of care for themselves or a loved one. With education in social work, she leads with compassion, understanding, and a commitment to helping families feel confident in their decisions. 

Erin is a compassionate advocate with over 18 years of experience working in the senior living field. She combines her educational background in Social Work with her vast experience as an Admissions Director and Clinical Liaison to provide unparalleled support to families in need. 

Erin is always willing to go above and beyond for the families she supports, working with complete dedication to help navigate the often-confusing, always-challenging world of senior care with understanding, empathy, and kindness.
